FAQ
Questions shippers ask us
What's the difference between FCL and LCL?
FCL (full container load) means you book a whole container. LCL (less than container load) means your cargo shares a container and you pay for the space you use.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the route and the sailing. Use the route planner for an estimate of days at sea; your quote will include the schedule for your booking.
What do I need to get a quote?
What you're shipping, roughly how much (weight or volume), where it's going and when it's ready. We'll ask for anything else.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. We prepare export documents in Dubai and can arrange clearance at the destination through our partners.
Can you ship refrigerated or oversized cargo?
Yes. We arrange reefer containers for temperature-controlled goods, and flat-rack, open-top or break-bulk options for oversized loads.
